So yes, it looks like this clock is likely counting down to a Patapon announcement at E3, perhaps the announcement of Patapon 3. There's one other clue on top of that, as the Greek letter beta shows up on the site as well. So is this a tease for an upcoming beta test? And as such, does that mean it's a tease for a new Patapon that'll feature some kind of extensive online multiplayer?
As with just about everything in the news in the last few weeks, we'll find all the answers we seek at E3 next week.
Yet another countdown clock has appeared to tease everyone about an upcoming E3 announcement, but at least with this one Sony is nice enough to give us a really clear clue about what their announcement will be: Every few seconds, a lightning-like effect illuminates what very much appears to be a Patapon-related image behind the clock.
